In the wake of the pandemic, young Millenials and late Gen Zs are more than ever at the heart of the Canadian mental health crisis. Many are experiencing severe delays in access to services, and access delayed can quickly become access denied.

Let’s Talk Feelings is a digital awareness campaign for young adults that connects those experiencing isolation, anxiety, and burnout for the first time with online resources that can help them find relief.
